Every year in July, New Toyo (Vietnam) holds a ceremony to thank employees with 10, 15, and 20 years of seniority, and organizes a staff meeting. 

Especially against the backdrop of the deteriorating economic situation in the first months of 2023, the company's board of directors put forward the idea of launching a new Toyo flea market during the series of events of the event, which made the atmosphere suddenly more bustling, joyful and exciting than ever. 

New Toyo (Viet Nam) Market is also an opportunity for everyone in the company to collect and share toys, kitchenware, home décor, clothes, suitcases, bags, shoes (new) ... Being able to "exchange goods" with each other in exchange for something more suitable for themselves or their family.
