At noon on July 14, 2023, at Melia Ho Tram, New Toyo Company (Vietnam) held a Preliminary Meeting to review production and business activities in the first 6 months of the year and implement the work in the last 6 months of the year. 

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Nhan Huc Quan – General Director, shared the story "The frog and the pot of boiling water" with the message sent to the Board of Directors "if you stand still, sooner or later you will eliminate yourself".  

In addition, the General Director and the Directors representing functional departments focused on presenting reports, discussing core issues, assessing the substantive results achieved, considering problems and proposing solutions to successfully complete the production and business plan in 2023. 

Also at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Trong Thanh Liem - Production Director, on behalf of the production sector, expressed his thanks to the Board of Directors for recently completing the improvement of the Payroll Scale associated with the capacity hierarchy and applying a new salary payment mechanism for the direct production sector,  Technical and Quality Assurance
